Muna, the Labneh Queen of Z&Z Bakery, will share her family’s labneh-making secrets — a process full of memory, love, and tradition. Baba will join her, baking fresh bread live on the Saj oven.
As the scent of bread fills the air, we’ll gather for a soulful Persian brunch with fresh herbs, labneh, olive oil and za’atar, Georgian khachapuri, and charcoal-brewed Persian samovar tea, accompanied by the soft music of conversation.
This is more than a meal — it’s a pause to celebrate food, story, and connection.
