You are invited to a wondrous experience of live music celebrating the Summer Solstice presented by the Isis Oasis Sanctuary!

Bios :
Harpists Diana Stork and Laurel North have been playing at Isis Oasis’ solstice celebrations for many years. Diana performs and teaches multicultural harp music and is an avid Composer and arranger.
Tickets for performances are:
Mediterranean Dinner – $25 per person

MIXED LETTUCES :
Tossed with fresh snipped herbs & citrus vinaigrette
GRILLED VEGETABLE PLATTER :
Assorted seasonal vegetables grilled & served with mint, hummus, pita bread & Balsamic reduction

ROASTED SALMON WITH MISO BUTTER :
Coconut milk basmati rice & grilled lemons
COLD SESAME NOODLE SALAD :
persian cucumbers, bell peppers, scallions, cilantro
dressed with a ginger, sesame & peanut butter vinaigrette

roasted portobello mushrooms stuffed with sautéed spinach
Vegan “cheese” artichoke hearts and breadcrumbs

Coconut milk Flan & Beignets with chocolate sauce
