Women's Bloom Elixir Ceremony & Workshop
Gather the gals! I’m so excited to announce our Women’s Floral Alchemy Class—Bloom Elixirs.
Together in ceremony, we will work with the spirit of flowers, creating tinctures that hold our intentions, soften our hearts, and reconnect us with the sacred.
Bloom Elixirs are subtle yet powerful infusions created from the vibrational imprint of flowers in water, preserved with alcohol.
Each locally foraged flower carries a unique signature that speaks to the soul—offering support in areas such as self-love, clarity, confidence, grief, creativity, or grounding.
Rooted in Earth and infused with the wisdom of Spirit, these essences gently guide you back to your connection with Source, serving as a beacon of hope and renewal, clearing space for deeper transformation. Together in ceremony, we will connect with these frequencies through intention, creating custom tinctures that resonate with our own unique journey.
Bloom Elixirs are integration medicines. Meaning, they’re subtle, but their effects can be profound—shifting emotional patterns, supporting energetic alignment, and helping you stay rooted in your intention.
You can take drops under the tongue each morning to set your tone for the day, add them to a glass of water or tea, place drops on your wrists or heart center during meditation, or use them in baths or on altars. Whether used in moments of transition, reflection, or empowerment, your elixir will be a beautiful companion on your path.
On Saturday the 14thfrom 12:00-2:00pm, the ceremony will take place outdoors at the Linwood Community Park (860 St Clair Ave, St Paul, MN 55105). We will be using our outdoor ceremony space which include a custom built table by my Dad and I, layered persian rugs, comfortable bolsters to sit on, and locally foraged flowers.

Guests arrive and settle in.
Doors close at 12:10.
12:10 – 12:25 | HELLOS
Grounding meditation and breathing exercise.
Circle introductions.
12:25 – 12:35 | FLOWER PICKING
Choose from a collection of fresh, organic, food-grade flowers.
12:35 – 1:00 | FLORAL INFUSIONS
Tea ceremony starts.
Guests infuse their chosen blooms with ceremonial and personal intention.
1:00 – 1:50 | CIRCLE DISCUSSIONS
Our bloom elixirs steep while ceremonial tea is sipped.
Guided circle conversation with space for deep feminine support.
1:50 – 2:00 | TINCTURE PRAYER
Tea ceremony closes as we collectively bless & seal our tinctures in group prayer.
Circle closes with a gratitude song meditation.
The ceremony will take place outdoors seated on bolsters and layered persian rugs. I recommend wearing layers, any clothing that makes you feel free, and allows for you to sit closer to the ground.
There is a free parking lot with ample parking spaces attached to the park. Free on-street parking is also available.
